On Monday 11th March 2024 The Link hosted a lovely morning tea for the residents of Sawtell Catholic Care recently to celebrate Seniors Week.
Residents were treated to an array of mixed baked delights, freshly made sandwiches and tea and coffee in the beautiful Pavilion Venue.
A terrarium building workshop was also organised at the Lakeside Deck for residents from Mater Christi to enjoy.
The Seniors festival celebrates the role and contributions of older adults to our local communities. It’s the largest of its kind in the southern hemisphere, with over 500,000 people attending each year.
